By creating an account, joining a league, or otherwise using Last Man Leagues, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform. We recommend you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

• ●You must provide accurate, truthful information when creating your account, including your name and email address.
• ●You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• ●You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ●If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at admin@lmlofficial.com.
• ●LML reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been used for abuse, fraud, cheating, harassment, or any other misuse of the platform.
• ●You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Last Man Leagues.

• ●Users may create leagues and invite others to join using a unique invite code.
• ●League Owners are responsible for managing their own leagues, including member management and any decisions made within their league.
• ●LML provides the platform infrastructure but is not responsible for disputes between league members.
• ●LML reserves the right to remove, archive, or modify any league that is found to be in breach of these Terms, or that is being used in an abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate manner.
• ●Leagues are subject to the game rules and scoring system operated by LML, regardless of any separate agreements between league members.

• ●The official LML scoring rules apply to all leagues. Points are awarded based on the results of Premier League fixtures as supplied to the platform.
• ●Fixture results, standings, and statistics are determined by data sourced from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is error-free or real-time.
• ●LML reserves the right to correct scoring errors, data discrepancies, or technical mistakes at any time, including retroactively adjusting points or standings where necessary.
• ●All decisions relating to scoring, standings, and league outcomes made by the platform are final.
• ●Picks must be submitted before the published gameweek deadline. Late or missed picks will not be accepted and will result in zero points for that gameweek.

LML aims to provide a reliable, continuous service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• ●Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
• ●Third-party API failures (such as fixture data providers) may affect data accuracy or feature availability.
• ●We are not liable for any losses, missed picks, or disruption caused by service outages, whether planned or unplanned.

Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate planned maintenance in advance.

All content on the Last Man Leagues platform — including but not limited to branding, logos, graphics, user interface design, written content, and underlying software — is the intellectual property of Last Man Leagues and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

• ●You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any LML content without our prior written permission.
• ●You may not use the LML name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without our express consent.
• ●Premier League club names, badges, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. LML is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Premier League or any football club.

When using Last Man Leagues, you agree that you will not:

• ●Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• ●Cheat, collude with other users, or attempt to manipulate league outcomes
• ●Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other means to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• ●Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts, or to any part of the platform's systems or infrastructure
• ●Create league names, display names, or any other content that is offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or misleading
• ●Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

Last Man Leagues is currently free to play. However, we reserve the right to introduce paid features, premium subscriptions, or league creation fees in the future.

• ●Any charges or fees will be clearly communicated before they are introduced, and users will be given reasonable notice before any previously free features become paid.
• ●You will never be automatically charged without your explicit consent.
• ●Free features that exist at the time of your account registration will remain accessible unless we notify you otherwise.

Last Man Leagues is provided on an "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• ●LML is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• ●We are not responsible for missed picks, incorrect data, technical errors, scoring disputes, or any loss arising from service downtime or unavailability.
• ●Since Last Man Leagues does not offer monetary prizes, we are not liable for any claim relating to perceived winnings, competitive advantage, or loss of standing.
• ●You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.

Your use of Last Man Leagues is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, our services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Last Man Leagues after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform.

Where changes are significant, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email in advance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
